Collagen almond protein snack bars

This protein-packed, no-bake snack is ideal for pre-workout fuel, afternoon slumps, or anytime you need a skin-loving, nutrient-dense treat. Loaded with healthy fats, fiber, and Glow collagen, these freezer bars support sustained energy, radiant skin, and a balanced gut, with zero prep stress.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp  Glow25 collagen original powder
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, stir together almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add Glow collagen, cinnamon, flaxseed, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.
  3. Gently fold everything together with a rubber spatula until fully combined.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  5. Freeze for about 2 hours, then slice into bars.
  6. Store in the freezer until you're ready to enjoy.
