Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over €20 throughout the Netherlands.

For orders under €20, shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.99, including VAT.

Processing times apply on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order before 23:00 on a business day and it's delivered the next day!

Cancellation and/or Returns

Would you like to cancel your order? You can!

To help protect the environment, we don't include return documents in your package. Not satisfied with your order after all? No problem. You can return it within 60 days of receipt. Just contact our customer service team via the contact form or email us at hello@glow25.nl, and we'll send you a return label.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or someone you have designated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the product.

Once we receive your return, we process it within one week. We refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used. The time to receive your refund depends on the payment processor.
