Cancellation

Want to cancel your order? No problem! To help the environment, we don’t include return documents in your package. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 60 days of receiving it. Just reach out to our customer service through the contact form or email us at hello@glow25.nl, and we’ll send you a return label.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after you, or someone you’ve chosen (who isn’t the delivery person), physically receive the product.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within a week. The purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used. The refund timeline depends on your payment provider.
