Delivery
When and how often will products be delivered in the subscription?
Regardless of the type or number of products, delivery happens either monthly or every 3 months, depending on the subscription model you choose.
If you go with monthly delivery, your order will be automatically triggered every 28 days.
If you prefer quarterly delivery, it’s scheduled every 80 days.
That buffer gives us some logistical wiggle room and helps make sure your next collagen shipment arrives before you run out.
Can I order multiple products with one subscription?
Yes, multiple items are possible in one subscription.
Can I choose different products?
Of course! You don’t have to stick to just one product.
You can subscribe to any of the products shown above as part of your savings subscription.
Just keep in mind, they’ll all share the same delivery date, shipping address, and payment method.
Payment
When and how often will products be delivered in the subscription?
Payment is made per delivery and depends on your chosen subscription model.
If you’ve selected monthly delivery, you’ll be charged once a month.
With a quarterly delivery, payment is made every three months.
Which payment methods are available for the subscription?
You can choose from the following payment methods for your subscription:

Can I add more products to my existing subscription?
You can increase the number of products as much as you like.
However, for quarterly delivery, you’ll need to include at least one 3-pack bundle of a product to ensure you're covered for the full 3 months.
If you change your mind later, no worries, you can adjust your subscription every quarter.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription anytime?
With a quarterly subscription, you can:
- Skip up to 2 deliveries per year (but no more than 2 in a row)
- Cancel anytime with a 3-month notice period

Can I add more products to my existing subscription?
Yes, you have complete flexibility when it comes to product quantity and combinations. You can add individual products to your existing subscription, and of course, remove them separately whenever you like.
It’s a great way to try out limited editions or new flavors without committing long-term.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription anytime?
With the monthly subscription, you get full flexibility. You can:
- Skip your next delivery up to 6 times per year, and for a maximum of 6 consecutive months
- Pause your subscription for up to 6 months per year, also for no more than 6 consecutive months
- Cancel anytime after the first 3 months with just 1 month’s notice
