§ 1 Scope and Organizer

(1) These terms and conditions govern participation in the loyalty program (“Program”) of Primal State Performance GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Germany, represented by Steven Mattwig and Arnd Mückenberger (“Provider”).

(2) The Program is intended exclusively for natural persons acting outside the scope of a professional or business activity, who have their habitual residence in the Netherlands and a customer account in the Provider’s online store.

§ 2 Conditions of Participation

(1) Natural persons aged 18 or older with a valid customer account in the Provider’s online store are eligible to participate.

(2) Participation in the Program is free of charge. Separate registration is required, unless participation occurs automatically upon opening the customer account.

(3) Participation is personal and non-transferable. Only one loyalty account is permitted per person.

§ 3 Points, Earning, and Redemption

(1) As part of the Program, customers can earn points for certain actions (“Promotions”). Points are non-transferable and non-negotiable. Cash redemption is not permitted.

(2) The Provider may change or terminate the number of points awarded for individual Actions, the redemption conditions, and the range of Actions with future effect, subject to § 8 and § 9.
